The metal/ceramic piston metering pump adopts stainless steel/ceramic material, and it is not too convenient for metering adjustment and disassembly and cleaning. The time pressure method is a more advanced filling measurement method. In a constant pressure liquid storage tank, the measurement of the divided liquid is determined by time and the flow rate per unit time. The measurement accuracy is automatically controlled by the programmable controller, which can ensure that there is no dead angle, no residue, no solid wear when the liquid flows through the channel and the valve body, and no parts are removed for cleaning and disinfection, and it can be cleaned online. Time pressure method is the best measurement method, and this filling and capping machine is being actively developed abroad.
